Imagine a proposal For the role of educational supervision diversified in the development of teacher performance in the light of the experiences of some countries

Abstract

     The current study aimed at;
Recognizing the concept of differentiated educational supervision and its philosophy (definition, principles, justifications, importance, aims, merits and techniques). 
Presenting some experiences of countries in applying the differentiated educational supervision.
Recognizing the obstacles that hinder the process of applying the differentiated educational supervision model at Basic education stage.
Coming down to a prospective vision toward developing the teacher performance in terms of the differentiated educational supervision at Basic education stage.                                     
     The study came down to some results, most important of which was the necessity of developing the teacher performance in terms of the differentiated educational supervision requires the following:

The vocational awareness: it is the values composition that   prevails at school environment.
Work environment requirements: as teachers need a work environment that motivates them toward the vocational development. It was divided into main factors such as salary that suits teacher potentials and the educational and vocational resources qualitatively and quantitatively.
Enriching motivates that includes the leadership spirit of school manager.
Infrastructure: it is meant by organizing groups that fulfill effective work for the differentiated educational supervision model.
Classroom awareness of the environment is concerned with organizers of improving education and understanding of this complex environment.
Supporting public capabilities. These services include: informal classroom observation by the principal, continuous improvement of teachers within the school framework, and work to provide teachers with opportunities to meet with the director.  
Job improvement outside the school: by providing opportunities to develop the experiences of teachers such as participation in the activities of the university and other educational institutions, and cooperation between the teacher and other colleagues, and between the school and other schools.
