Abstract

Objectives of the study: The study aimed to identify the level of organizational trust in the public primary schools in Tabuk city and its relation to the job satisfaction of the teachers. And the detection of differences between the sample response according to the variables of qualification and experience.
The study methodology: Since the current study aims to know the level of organizational trust and its relation to job satisfaction of teachers, the descriptive descriptive method was used. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was constructed consisting of 56 words divided into two axes.
Study population and sample: The study population consisted of (1736) teachers of all primary school teachers in Tabuk during the first semester of the academic year 1437/1438H. The study sample consisted of (375) teachers by 22% of the original study society.
Main results of the study:
-          The level of organizational trust in primary schools in Tabuk from the point of view of the study sample was high.
-          The level of job satisfaction among primary school teachers in Tabuk from the point of view of the study sample was high.
-          There is a positive correlation between the level of organizational trust and job satisfaction.
-          There are statistically significant differences in the dimensions of (confidence in colleagues, confidence in school leadership) according to the variable of scientific qualification and in favor of the bachelor's degree.
-          There is a relationship between the dimensions of job satisfaction with each dimension of organizational confidence with a positive correlation direction as indicated by correlation coefficient values ​​and statistical significance at the level of significance (0.01).
