The aim of this research is to identify The effectiveness of a proposed program based on dialogue in the Noble Qur’an for developing speaking skills of high school students. The descriptive approach, the experimental method, and the quasi-experimental design were used, and the research relied on tools to collect data. The proposed program based on dialogue in the Noble Qur’an was designed to develop speaking skills, prepare a note card, and a test to measure the pre and post application in the performance of first-grade secondary school students.
Where the research experiment was applied to a group of students of Asma bint Abi Bakr Secondary School for Girls in the North Suez Educational Administration, consisting of (35) students, and the application was carried out in the second semester of 2019 AD, and after statistical treatment, the results of the research resulted in the following:
- The existence of a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurements of the research group’s performance of the speaking skills note card after their study of the dialogue-based program in the Holy Qur’an in favor of the post measurement.
- The existence of a statistically significant difference between the pre and post measurements of the performance of the research group on the speaking skills test after their study of the dialogue-based program in the Holy Qur’an in favor of the post measurement.
The study reached some recommendations, the most important of which are: training students in speaking skills and listening skills through dialogue in the Qur’an and Sunnah, and making use of various activities, means and techniques in developing the skills of listening and speaking.
