Abstract

          The present Research investigated the effectiveness of using Scamber strategy (SCAMPER) in teaching Family education on achievement and problem-solving skills The average third-grade students.
To achieve this, the researcher prepared the research tools, which were preparing students worksheets and teachers guide to teach units by using Scamber strategy (SCAMPER), achievement test and Scale problem-solving skills
The sample of the study included (60) Schoolgirl from the average third-grade pupils in Najran Educational Administration –KSA in academic year 1437/1438 H. They were treated  as two groups:
 The experimental group: (30) students, studied units by using Scamber strategy (SCAMPER)
The control group: (30) students, studied the same units by using the traditional method
The study results showed that:

There is a significant difference in the achievement post-test favoring experimental  group students
There is a significant difference in the problem-solving skills post- test favoring experimental  group students.
There is a significant positive correlation between the post test of achievement and problem-solving skills.
