The Reality of the Skills and Knowledge in the Gifted Education Classes Program in the Schools of the Royal Commission in Yanbu and Jizan with a Sample of Educational Personnel in Light of Some International Standards

Abstract

This study aimed to recognize the appropriateness skills and knowledge, which included in Gifted Programme in schools of the Royal Commission in Yanbu and Jazan in Saudi Arabia. The gifted Programme evaluated in light of global experiences from experts in the field. Moreover, the study aimed to discover the difficulties that facing Gifted Programms in schools in educational services management schools in the Royal Commission in Yanbu and Jazan in Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of educators working in the programme. The study community consisted of educational experts and all educational who working in schools at the Royal Commission in Yanbu. The period of conducting the study during the academic year 1438/1439 AH. The study sample included (36) of the educational teams. The study relied on various tools developed in In light of the international standards for the quality of gifted programms approved in the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC. The study showed that the study sample individuals from educational cadres agree to the degree of evaluation of the gifted classes programme according to international standards with a medium degree (3.61). Additionally, there is lack of availability of enriching educational materials for the programme.
