The role of electronic management in applying organizational agility to achieve competitive advantage in light of knowledge management processes in university education

Abstract

         This study aimed to identify how the electronic management of organizational agility is applied to achieve the competitive advantage in the light of knowledge management processes, by diagnosing the reality of the application of electronic management in the light of knowledge management processes, and to know the challenges facing the application of electronic management of organizational agility to achieve a competitive advantage, and to identify mechanisms to activate Electronic management of organizational agility to achieve competitive advantage applied the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire that was applied to faculty members in a number of colleges of Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University in Riyadh, and reached a number of Results including:

The phrase: “Some university leaders refused to reduce the regulatory procedures.” A approval rate (80%) with an average score of (2.8), which is the highest average average in this axis, represents the approval of the study sample.
§ The following terms have achieved an average arithmetic (2.4) which is, respectively: “The difficulty of enhancing the employees’ confidence in the university leadership in mutual respect because they achieve the competitive advantage. It falls within the range of approval ..
§ The phrase: “The difficulty of building community relationships electronically to achieve a competitive advantage in a hierarchical organizational environment.” Approved (64%).
§ The study sample (60%) agreed on the difficulty of providing an auxiliary career climate for transparent online circulation of knowledge in order to achieve a competitive advantage in performance, with an average of (2.5) that falls within the approval range.
§ The study sample agreed on the difficulty of building community relationships electronically to achieve a competitive advantage in a hierarchical organizational environment with an arithmetic average (2.5)
The study sample agreed on "the absence of governance adapted to the electronic procedures achieved for organizational agility." At a rate of (52%), and an average (2.4).
§ The two phrases: “Continuous improvement of performance to achieve organizational agility by automating organizational procedures. Enhancing the confidence of the employees in university leadership through mutual respect because they achieve competitive advantage”, an arithmetic mean (2.9) which is the highest and falls within the range of the corresponding.
§ The sample of the study agreed (84%) on the following phrases: "linking all levels of the university system with a network for sharing knowledge in support of competitiveness, creating a climate of shared responsibility for achieving the goals of the competitive organization by switching to network organization, designing an electronic knowledge base that enables the flow of knowledge to achieve a competitive advantage." Activating the reciprocal organizational values ​​of university employees to achieve a competitive advantage, enriching the position of faculty members to achieve a competitive advantage, electronic networking to support the flow of knowledge to participate to achieve competitive advantage, support leadership participation Democracy to others, functional knowledge, online, to achieve competitive advantage.
