Abstract

            Study aimed to improve health security among students of Taif University through awareness of infectious and epidemic diseases in a sample of (22) students in the College of Arts at Taif University, who were divided into (11 students in the experimental group - 11 students in the control group), a program for awareness of infectious diseases was prepared and epidemiology from an Islamic perspective, and health security scale , the students of the experimental group got (12) sessions to raise awareness of infectious and epidemic diseases, after sessions ended, the health security scale was applied, and after five weeks, results showed improvement in the level of health security in post-test among  Students of the experimental group, and the continuous improvement of the level of health security during follow-up test among  Students of the experimental group. The research recommended providing preventive programs in schools and universities and social media to immunize against infectious diseases and epidemics.
