The Causal Model of Emotional Self Disclosure Relationships with Alexithymia, Clinical Anger, and Psychological Loneliness among Female Students of a` Sharqiyah University in Sultanate of Oman
The present study aimed to reach the extent of Goodness of Fit to the proposed model of the relationships of Low emotional Self disclosure with alexithymia, clinical anger and psychological loneliness and to identify the explanatory frameworks explaining the relationship between emotional Self disclosure and variables that contribute to it. The study sample reached (420 ) with Mean Age (20) years, the pilot sample (50) female students, the initial basic sample of 370 female students, and the exclusion Criteria ) less than Mean = 55) reached 280 female students with low emotional Self disclosure from A`Sharqiyah University students. The study used measures (Emotional Self disclosure: translated by the Researcher & Esam Alawaty (2021), Toronto alexithymia scale : translated by Alaa Kafafi, the Researcher& Mustafa Abdlemohesn Alhudabi (2020), clinical anger scale: translated by Nabil Alzahar & the Researcher (2010) & psychological loneliness: translated by Abd alaraqeeb al behariey (1985), and these were Validated in the Omani environment. It was clear from the results of the study that there were no statistically significant differences in alexithymia, clinical anger and psychological loneliness between the Subjects .then the causal model of emotional disclosure relationships was tested, and the results of the path analysis resulted in the existence of significant statistical pathways between emotional disclosure in alexithymia, clinical anger and psychological loneliness with indicators of Goodness of Fit match Within acceptable statistical limits, Then the model was interpreted in light of the scientific literature on related studies.
