Activating Smart Digitalization in Egyptian Universities In The Light of 4Th Industrial Revolution

The 4^th Industrial Revolution has brought about a great leap in different fields, as one of the major influencing forces in the societies whose superiorities accelerated advancements of Information Technology, rising of Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and computing systems. Thus, Smart Digital Transformation became a start point for change and launching a system capable of copping with the global developments. Therefore, universities are required to developing the adopted educational methods into smart digital techniques. Those techniques should be more flexible and effective in order to provide high quality educational services, and to improve quality of the educational outputs.
Thus, this research aimed to providing Proposed Executive Mechanisms for activating smart digitalization in the Egyptian Universities to keep pace with the 4^th Industrial Revolution in its different dimensions. In addition to identifying the challenges imposed on all components of the educational system by Smart Digital Transformation. The research used the Analytical Descriptive Approach; to view the features of 4^th Industrial Revolution and identify the requirements for integrating smart digitalization systems into the Egyptian Universities.
The research concluded to a number of findings: The necessity of preparing universities to accommodate the Smart Digitalization and developing a common vision for designing a smart campus. The importance of spread the Smart Digitalization culture among human framework within the Egyptian universities. In addition, the necessity of activating Hybrid Education System in teaching rooms. The study ended to a number of recommendations: Adopting future visions for developing the Egyptian universities and keeping pace with science advancements motion for facing the successive challenges of 4^th Industrial Revolution. Enhancing human resources’ abilities and providing smart services in digitalization fields, in the Egyptian universities.
