The research aims to identify the extent of Egyptian universities achieving the requirements of future jobs in light of the fourth industrial revolution. the researcher used the descriptive approach to collect and analyze data. And he explained the fourth industrial revolution and its effect on all areas of politician, economic, social and, education. Also, the researcher demonstrated the most important areas that provide jobs in the future and the skills sets for these jobs. The researcher addressed the future of education in light of the fourth industrial revolution and the role of universities on the future outlook in prepration for it; moreover, he submitted a proposal to establish an association in all Egyptian universities named: "Future Council" that includes experts in various majors of Universities, which is for analysing the reality and anticipating the future of education with its relationship in the labor market. developing future plans that meets the requirements of new jobs, that is a necessity for the global labor market. Finaly this Council presents an implementable proposal consisting of new programs and new specializations which meets the requirements of future jobs.
