Psychological immunity and its relationship to coping strategies styles among families of children with autism spectrum disorder during Corona pandemic

Abstract

The current study aimed at exploring relationship between psychological immunity and coping strategies styles. The sample of the study included 30 parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (15 males, 15 females). Tools of the study included scales prepared by the researchers: psychological immunity scale and coping strategies scale. Results of the study show that there is a positive significant correlation between psychological immunity and coping strategies among parents of children with autism spectrum disorder. Results also show the capability of coping strategies to predict psychological immunity.
