The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on a questionnaire. The performance of school leaderships in secondary schools in Jeddah is attributed to the variable (academic qualification - years of service - number of training courses), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposed scenario for developing the performance of school leaders in secondary schools in light of the approach of organizational agility.
