The role of visionary leadership in achieving strategic plans in pre-university Egyptian education

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the Theoretical Foundations of visionary leadership, Reveal the Theoretical Foundations for achieving strategic plans in Pre-university Egyptian education, Reach the Requirements for achieving strategic plans in Pre-university Egyptian education, and Present suggested strategic directions to achieve strategic plans in Pre-university Egyptian education, This Study Used The Descriptive Approach and used Online Questionnaire Applied to a Sample of leaders education Amounted 100 Person, The results of this study analyzing the current situation of crises, identifying strategic objectives related to a strategic vision, restructuring the educational process and improving its environment in light of the current crises, and improving the quality of the work environment through Engineering the performance of workers in light of crises, preparing leaders who possess visionary skills that contribute to the distinction of the educational institution in light of crises, and awareness of the importance of continuing to implement strategic plans with flexibility and making information available in a way that enables workers to follow up on implementation.
