The study aimed to determine the availability of the dimensions of trustworthy leadership and the dimensions of organizational prowess at The October 6 University from the faculty point of view. It also aimed to determine the relationship between trustworthy leadership and achieving organizational prowess at The October 6 University from the faculty point of view, in addition to formulating a perception. A proposal to activate the role of trustworthy leadership in achieving organizational excellence at the October 6 University, and the study used the descriptive approach by preparing a questionnaire as a study tool, and the study population consisted of the teaching staff of The October 6 University, who numbered (372) faculty members, and the number of the study sample was (159) A faculty member, and the study reached the degree of applying the dimensions of trustworthy leadership to university leadership at The October 6 University from the point of view of the faculty members. It came with an arithmetic average of (3.67), with a high degree of approval, and the dimensions were arranged as follows (the dimension of balance of operations - the dimension of transparency in Relationships - the dimension of self-awareness - the dimension of the ethical perspective), as I found that the degree of application of the dimensions of organizational prowess at The October 6 University from the viewpoint of the faculty members came with an average It reached (3.67), with a high degree of approval, and the exploration dimension came in first place, then the investment dimension came in second place. The study also found a positive correlation between the application of trustworthy leadership and the achievement of organizational prowess at The October 6 University from the viewpoint of the faculty members. The correlation coefficient was (0.69) and with a degree of significance (0.05), as well as the existence of a positive relationship between all dimensions of trustworthy leadership and the dimensions of organizational prowess at The October 6 University from the faculty members' point of view, in light of the results of the study. The researcher recommends that the university leadership develop Timetables for the implementation of all planned tasks and activities, and to provide an organizational culture that enhances response to the changes of the local and global community, and that the university leadership encourages faculty members to present creative initiatives, while subjecting all administrative and technical work and activities at the university to continuous evaluation and improvement.
