Abstract

E-learning is the use of electronic and computer media in the process of transferring and communicating information to the learner, and this use may be in the simple form, such as the use of electronic means to assist in the process of presenting information or to deliver lessons in traditional classes, and despite the increasing growth of electronic learning, it faces some obstacles and challenges, so The use of information technology and e-learning strategies can give an effective and sufficient (appropriate) meaning to assess the effectiveness of teaching and learning, as well as electronic tests are characterized by good time management, and they provide many services for teachers, so it was necessary to spread the culture of electronic assessment among students and teachers, and the presence of Equivalent forms of tests, which allow correcting the error by replacing one test with the other, and preparing all the necessary technological capabilities for it (internet - equipped laboratories - specialists) in addition to all the physical capabilities and necessary constructions and others.
