A proposed Perspective for the Foundations of an Enabling Environment for the Success and Sustainability of Digital Transformation in Education in light of Egypt's Digital Vision

Abstract

The aim of the research is to reach a proposed vision for establishing an enabling environment for the success and sustainability of digital transformation in education in light of Egypt’s digital vision. Academic specialists, and the most prominent results of the study were to determine the foundations of the enabling environment for digital transformation, which were represented in the foundations of awareness such as: raising awareness of the culture of digital content and its applications and uses, raising awareness of the importance of digital transformation in developing self-potential to meet the challenges of the age, spreading the advantages of digital transformation in education to all parties The educational process and the foundations for enabling the digital education and learning environment, such as: supporting the infrastructure with advanced digital devices, providing a high-speed and quality internet network, providing technical support for running programs and maintaining devices, providing protection programs for data and networks, as well as defining the requirements for digital transformation in education and its sustainability related to laying the foundations Institutionalization for digital transformation in education, and the foundations for the readiness of the environment for digital transformation digital and its sustainability, and the research concluded with a proposed vision that contributes to defining the foundations of the enabling environment for the success of the digital transformation of education.
