An effectiveness of a training Program based on the theory of five minds of Gardener to develop reflective thinking of female pre- service teachers

Abstract

Abstact
       The research aimed at developing reflective thinking of female pre- service teachers by using a training program based on the theory of five minds of Gardener and investigating its effectiveness. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach and experimental design in the research, its sample included 80 female pre- service teachers who were enrolled in first department Kindergarten of faculty education and  the average age ranged from (18:18,5) divided into two groups (one control and the other experimental), each group was consisting of (40)forty female students. the researcher designed the following tools : the reflective thinking scale and a program  based on the theory of five minds of Gardener to practice reflective thinking  and  a  module (use my five minds or not, and why?) which contains home assignments for use in the training program, the researcher used stasical package for the social sciences (spss), equation t-test to find differences between multiple experimental group measurements, and to find differences between independent groups experimental and controlled . the results of research indicated  that the effectiveness of the training program based  on the theory of five minds of  Gardener for  the experimental group by using reflective thinking scale.
