Tokatsu activities to solve basic education problems and adopt the new education system (2.0) in Egypt "a comparative study between Japanese schools and Egyptian-Japanese schools"

Abstract

     With the increase in the importance of education for the Arab countries in general، and Egypt in particular، and despite allocating huge amounts of money from Egypt’s budget; To raise the status of the Egyptian citizen through education programs at its various levels، but there are many criticisms directed at the low quality and quality of educational outputs، the lack of alignment of educational outputs with the requirements of society، the high cost of education، and the increase in financial and educational waste in educational institutions.
     Therefore، it is good for us to look for new visions and global ideas because they are the real entrance to Egypt's position within the framework of global competition; Therefore، the most important now is the adoption of the new education system (2.0)، which emphasizes looking at the quality of learning and teaching methods since our children entered the kindergarten stage in order to reach a real renaissance for our Egyptian society، in addition to striving to solve the problems of basic education in Egypt to bring it to what is hoped The results of the studies indicated that it is necessary to improve in order to compete with global countries such as Japan and other countries that ranked first in education، and to see how their schools are managed، in order to achieve comprehensive development for students by strengthening relations among them، and creating better relationships that increase their confidence and affiliation so that they become More capable of discipline and commitment، which is what the Japanese Tokatsu activities are based on، as the evidence of its systems aims to build cooperative class societies that work in team spirit، improve behavior، develop opportunities for dialogue and accept constructive criticism، and correct misconceptions they have، which in turn reflects positively on students' performance and acceptance of the school، and increase their active participation in it.
    Therefore، President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi visited Japan on February 28، 2016، after which the Ministry of Education in Egypt began to implement the Japanese experience in practice. Therefore، the study attempts to answer the following main question:
   What is the expected role of Tokatsu activities to solve the problems of basic education in Egypt and adopt the new education system (2.0)?
   The following sub-questions are derived from it:
1- What are the theoretical bases for the activities and applications of tokatsu within the compulsory education stage in Japan in the light of the influential cultural forces and factors (the cultural context)?
2- What are the theoretical foundations for the activities of the tokatsu and its applications within the Egyptian-Japanese school and its role in solving the problems of basic education in Egypt in the light of the forces and influencing factors (the cultural context)?
3- What are the similarities and differences between the activities of tokatsu and its applications in each of the Japanese schools and the Egyptian-Japanese schools?
4- What are the proposed procedures to activate the application of tokatsu activities to develop the basic education stage in Egypt in light of the adoption of the new education system (2.0)?  
 Due to the nature of the study problem، the comparative approach "George Perede's entrance" will be used، which is considered the most appropriate curriculum for such a study، in order to compare the activities of tokatsu and its applications in both Japanese schools and Egyptian-Japanese schools; In order to identify the similarities and differences between Egypt and Japan، which helps in arriving at some of the proposed measures to activate the application of tokatsu activities to develop the basic education stage in Egypt in light of the adoption of the new education system (2.0).
