Effectiveness of Counseling Program in Improvement of Mindfulness and it’s impact on Reducing Academic Burnout among Secondary School Students

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of counseling program in improvement of mindfulness and its impact on reducing academic burnout among secondary school students. The sample consisted of two subsamples: diagnostic sample, consisted of 70 students from secondary school students with mean age (17.35) & the experimental sample, consisted of (10 females) who have the counseling program of mindfulness, the both sample have completed: mindfulness scale & academic burnout scale (designed by the researcher). The results show that There are statistical differences between the before and after application of the experimental group in the Mindfulness and its sub-components, academic burnout and its sub-components , in the direction of the after application, the results also showed There are no statistical differences between the after and the following application of the study variable of the experimental group .
