The study aimed to identify how to develop the administrative mechanisms of university partnership in Egyptian universities in the light of the experiences of some Australian and American universities. The Comparative method was used and the Interview tool with faculty members and businessmen to find out the field reality of the administrative mechanisms of university partnership, and in the light of the explanatory comparison achieved different benefits from Australian and American experiences to develop university partnerships, this should be done through administrative systems leading to building distinctive competitive capabilities that help Egyptian universities meet the needs of their clients, with Develop strategic plans that explicitly state how to manage the purchase The university faculty to play its role in serving the university’s institutions and launching them to competitiveness, appointing conscious university leaders who believe in the importance of university partnership and its role in developing and meeting the requirements of the university and its institutions, creating organizational environments that seek to improve the quality of performance processes and continuous evaluation of administrative performance with regard to university partnership and its various fields, and administrative understanding What is good for the terms of the university partnership contract and what it seeks to achieve in terms of exchanging experiences, equipment, study and research materials, and building organizational confidence between the parties to the partnership with industrial and technological institutions with clear administrative mechanisms, with the adoption of a participatory approach in managing the project in all its planning and implementation stages, and the participation of the university administration organizationally as a contractor Entrepreneurial through the project management and development unit at Zagazi University, and the search for new administrative mechanisms to activate the university partnership, such as strategic planning, effective coordination, and continuous monitoring of the executive activities of the agreements contracts and their texts.
