Abstract

Abctract
The current research aims to recognize the impact of using Post and Brennan strategy upon studying social science in accordance with the attainment and the development of reflective thinking skills of middle-staged students in Kuwait. Further, the current research uses the empirical approach which is pertained to the use of two equal variables: empirical and controlling. The research data is sampled in terms of a book from a student and the teacher’s book-guide in accordance with Post and Brennan strategy within the unit of "Arabic Homeland: Economical and Humanistic Features" for the 7th  grade within the middle stage in Kuwait. Sampling is to be composed of 60 students distributed respectively into 30 empirical and 30 controlling. The research concludes that the impact of Post and Brennan strategy is valid and effective in the attainment and the development of reflective thinking skills for the students who are associated with studying this strategy especially in social science. The researcher recommends using Post and Brennan strategy in learning social science.
