Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the interaction between the two patterns of the Advanced Organizers "Static / interactive" and the cognitive style "impulsivity/reflectivity “in an e-learning environment on developing the skills of producing digital learning units for students of the Faculty of Specific Education. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female students. Dividing the research group into four experimental groups according to the experimental design of the research in line with the nature of the variables, objectives, hypotheses, and questions of the research, using the two-way analysis of variance method. Presented, the group of deliberate students showed superiority over impulsive students, and that the deliberate students have a positive attitude towards downloading and organizing information logically with a clear delay in dealing with test items, time, and correct responses, in addition to the positive impact of using introductory organizations on the academic achievement of the skills of producing digital learning units, it helped learners remember and retain information. The style of the introductory organizer in general and the interactive allowed students to control and return the content or part of it more than once according to individual differences. The research reached some recommendations, the most important of which are Increasing interest in introductory organizations and employing them in e-learning environments and studying their impact on achieving learning outcomes, developing e-learning environments, and considering the characteristics and cognitive styles of learners when designing and selecting them.
