The level of awareness of field training students at the Faculty of Education in Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession

Abstract:
 The study aimed at identifying the awareness level of the field training students in the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession from the views of their educational supervisors and detecting the statistically significant differences between the responses of the study's sample about the level of awareness of field training students at the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession from the views of their educational supervisors attributed to the variables (gender, major, place of registration, student/teacher level). The researchers used the analytical descriptive method. The study's tool was a questionnaire applied to (198) supervisors. The main results of the study were as the following: the total score of the questionnaire had a large degree with relative weight (78.50%). As well as there were statistically significant differences at  among the averages of the sample ratings on the awareness level of the field training students in the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University about the ethics of the teaching profession from the views of their educational supervisors attributed to the variables. Finally, the researchers recommended working to increase the focus on the field training of students of the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University.
