A Suggested Perception for developing talent management strategies in faculty development A field study at the College of Education at King Khalid University

   Abstract:
            The study aimed to identify the importance of talent management strategies in the development of faculty members (planning for talent management - talent retention and retention - talent training and development - talent performance evaluation) in the College of Education at King Khalid University, and to determine whether there are statistically significant differences between the responses of individuals The sample is based on the variables (gender - scientific rank - position), and then draws a proposed scenario for the development of talent management strategies in the development of faculty members in the College of Education at King Khalid University. The study concluded: the importance of talent management strategies in the development of faculty members, and it is arranged as follows: (planning for talent management - evaluating talent performance - retaining and retaining talent - training and developing talents). The study also concluded that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to The study variables, and then the proposed scenario was developed. The study recommended the preservation of talents, and the inclusion of talent management strategies in the strategic directions of the colleges.
