Attitudes of students of the faculties of education at Al-Azhar Universit towards the application of electronic book

Abstract

     The research aimed to reveal the attitudes of students of the faculties of education at Al-Azhar University towards the application of the e-book. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (1455) male and female students (6.2%) of the total (23599) male and female students, in the first semester of the academic year 2021/2022 AD. The field study concluded: that the attitudes of students of the faculties of education at Al-Azhar University towards the e-book were moderate on the first and second axes (students’ attitudes towards the importance of the e-book, and the advantages of the e-book), while it was highly positive on the third axis (students’ attitudes towards the challenges of the e-book),There are statistically significant differences between the students’ responses on the three axes of the questionnaire according to the variable of the college location in favor of the students of the Faculties of Education in Assiut, and there are statistically significant differences between the students’ responses on the first and second axes according to the division variable in favor of the scientific people, while there are no differences on the third axis, nor There are statistically significant differences between the students' responses on the first axis according to the gender variable, while there are differences between them on the second axis in favor of males, while there are differences on the third axis in favor of females.
