Abstract

The study aimed to describe and analyze responsible Management as an approach for promoting sustainable school leadership in Egypt, by defining the theoretical foundations of responsible Management and sustainable leadership in schools, describing and analyzing models of some countries in the field of promoting sustainable school leadership for schools by using responsible Management, and monitoring the reality of promoting sustainable school leadership in Egypt using the responsible Management approach, and reaching a set of proposed measures to enhance sustainable school leadership in Egypt using the responsible Management approach.
 The research used the descriptive approach, where the research benefited in describing and analyzing responsible administration as an entry point for promoting sustainable school leadership in Egypt, in the light of contemporary administrative thought, and analyzing the experiences of some countries in the field of promoting sustainable school leadership using responsible administration, and at the end of it came a set of suggested actions that It will enhance sustainable school leadership in Egypt using the responsible administration approach.
