Developing the performance of school leaders in the light of professional twinning between the College of Education and Education Administration in the city of Taif (suggested idea)

Abstract

 The research aims to build a proposed conception of professional twinning between the Faculty of Education at Taif University and the Education Administration in Taif to develop the performance of school leaders. The study utilized the descriptive analytical method for its suitability in achieving its objectives, and the study reached tangible results, namely: Building a proposed vision for professional twinning between the Faculty of Education and the Faculty Education Administration in the city of Taif, which includes the goals and premises of the vision and its requirements. Among the most important recommendations of the research: Adopting the proposed concept of professional twinning between the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Education Administration in the city of Taif, as a continuation of the integration project between them. Holding workshops on the competencies, tasks, and responsibilities of the school leader. Making professional twinning agreements between the Department of Education in Taif and other education departments and universities in the Makkah region, such as Umm Al-Qura University and King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
