A Suggested physical education program to develop safety knowledge and mindfulness Students of the first cycle of basic education

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effect of a proposed physical education program on the development of safety knowledge and mental alertness among students of the first cycle of basic education.
The research sample was chosen randomly from among the students of the first grade of primary school at the New Testament Primary School in Sohag, and their ages ranged from (7-8) years, and the research sample amounted to (80) students from the total research community, and the basic research sample included (60) students who were divided The researcher used a number of (20) students from the same research community and outside the main research sample (the exploratory study sample). Safety and safety at home - safety and safety on the street), and also prepared a measure of mental alertness and included the following topics: “observation - description - attentive behavior - not judging experiences - not interacting with experiences.
One of the most important results of the research: that the proposed physical education program has a strong impact in developing the wishful knowledge and mental alertness targeted by the current research among first-grade students - the research sample -.
