Abstract

             The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of  A program based on interactive chatbots in develop productive thinking skills and the trend towards online learning among students of the Professional Diploma in Education (specializing in educational technology in the specialization). Education, their number reached (18) student-teachers from the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University. And the researcher prepared an artificial intelligence program based on interactive chatbots (by reviewing studies, research and projects related to the topic of research), It is through with active teaching strategies: (group research - KWL strategy - Fryer model - cooperative learning - mind maps - Brainstorming - Imagination - Strategy Jigsaw- Think, Pair, Share - Concept Maps - Creative Problem Solving - Numbered Heads). The research tools included (Scale of Productive thinking skills, Scale of Attitude towards Online Learning) were applied before and after on the research group. The results of the research showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the female students of the research group in the pre and post applications in favor of the post application. This indicates the effectiveness of an artificial intelligence program based on interactive chatbots using some effective teaching strategies in developing and improving the level of productive thinking skills and the trend towards online learning among professional diploma students at the College of Education.
