Self-satisfaction and family quality of life as predictors of learning pleasure in graduate students

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to know the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the degrees of graduate students of the research sample on the scale of learning pleasure with its dimensions, and their scores on each of the scale of self-contentment with its dimensions and the scale of the quality of family life with its dimensions, and knowing the existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of graduate students The research sample with high self-contentment and low self-contentment in the pleasure of learning, and knowing that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of graduate students. Self-contentment and the dimensions of the scale of the quality of family life among graduate students, and the research sample consisted of (160) graduate students in the Faculty of Specific Education and the Faculty of Education at Damietta University for the academic year (2021-2022 AD), and the scale of learning pleasure was applied prepared by (Yassin, 2020). ), and the Self-Pleasure Scale, prepared by (Al-Matarna and Sophists, 2021) with modification after the phrases, and the Family Life Quality Scale, prepared by Abdul-Maqsoud and Shend (2016). There are statistically significant differences between those with high self-contentment and those with low self-contentment in the pleasure of learning in its dimensions in favor of those with high self-contentment, and it has also been found that there are statistically significant differences between those with high family quality of life and students with low family life quality in the pleasure of learning in its dimensions in favor of those with high quality of family life High family life, and the results revealed that learning pleasure can be predicted through the dimensions of the subjective well-being scale and the dimensions of the family life quality scale among graduate students.
