Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the Effectinness of employing the strategy of electronic mental maps in developing immediate and delayed achievement and the attitude towards learning purchasing management, as well as identifying the type of correlation between immediate and delayed collection and the attitude towards learning purchasing management among third year commercial secondary students. The experimental group was based on the design of the two groups, where the experimental group received an experimental treatment represented in the use of electronic mind maps in teaching the second part of the procurement management course, while the control group received the same content in the usual way of teaching.
The study reached the following results:

There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental and control group students in the immediate and delayed achievement test in favor of the experimental group.
There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the measure of attitude towards learning purchasing management for the benefit of the experimental group.
There is a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level (0.05) between the students' scores in both the achievement test and the attitude scale.

In light of the previous results, some recommendations were made, including:

Reconsidering the design of the content of commercial secondary school curricula in the light of electronic mind maps,
Developing commercial science teacher preparation programs in light of modern teaching strategies that support digital transformation and the use of mind maps in teaching.
Building teaching guides that help the teacher to teach according to the strategy of electronic mind maps.
