Practices of applying smart management in some public education schools in the Asir region in the light of digital transformation

Abstract

   The aim of the research is to identify the level of smart management in some public education schools in some general education schools in the growth of destiny by determining the degree of smart management in public education schools in Asir Governorate, the requirements for its development, its obstacles, and proposals for its development in knowledge from the director of the schools destination and agents. The study in the study is the descriptive analytical approach, and the sample study sample reached (119) combined from the general study population, and an agent, and they were selected by the study method from the general study population 1444.
    The results of the study showed the approval of the study sample members that smart leadership in public education schools is practiced to a high degree, especially in the school’s publication of its decisions electronically, and its reliance on technical means in providing its various administrative services, and that there are some obstacles to the application of smart management in the school, the most prominent of which are: Weakness The (material / moral) incentives that support the transformation of electronic leadership, and the absence of (laws/legislation) supporting the application of smart management , The study also recommended working on the development of a strategic plan for the transition towards smart management, and the imposition of senior management to work in smart management as a legitimate system.
