A Training Program Based on Accelerated Learning to Develop Creative Teaching Skills for Primary Stage Arabic Language Teachers and It's Impact on the Creative Speaking Skills of Their Pupils

Abstract

          This research aimed at developing the creative teaching skills of the Primary Stage Arabic Language Teachers ,through a training program based on accelerated learning and measuring its impact on the creative speaking skills of their students, To investigate this the research adopted the quasi-experimental research design that depends on one group, the following educational instruments were also prepared : a list of appropriate creative teaching skills for the primary stage Arabic language teachers, (observation sheet , cognitive test) to measure the skill and cognitive sides of the creative teaching skills of teachers in the experimental group, the training program based on accelerated learning, which contained (trainee worksheets booklet, trainer's guide) to develop teaching skills for the primary stage Arabic language teachers. list of creative speaking skills suitable for the third grade, Creative speaking test for the third grade, before and after the application of the training program based on accelerated learning , the observation sheet and cognitive test were applied on the (20) teachers of the experimental group, and the creative speaking test was applied on the pupils of the experimental group  200 pupils of the third grade before and after the application of the program training for their teachers, The results showed the effectiveness of the training program based on accelerated learning in developing the creative teaching skills of the primary stage Arabic language teachers , the size of the effect has reached (0.88) , and the quantitative results showed the significant mean differences between the scores of primary stage pupils at level (0.01) in the pre-post testing  of creative speaking skill  favoring the post-testing, This reveals the impact of the training program on the performance of the teachers of the experimental group and its reflection on the performance of their pupils' creative speaking skills, which confirms the effectiveness of the training program in developing the creative speaking skills of the pupils of the experimental group.
