This study aimed at investigating the academic problems that face the members of staff at the Technical Colleges and Industrial Institutes, a (24) items questionnaire was used, It included three areas; problems related to management, problems related to work environment and problems related to members of staff. Final study sample consists of (426) members. The results showed that the degree of problems was (medium). There were no statistically significant differences at level (a=0.01) according to variable of gender, qualifications and experience. The researcher presented a proposed framework for problem solving, and contains (30) proposed solutions.
