Abstract

               The present study aims to develop a suggested strategy to improve the performance of New Valley University in the light of organizational learning (OL) and results-based management (RBM). This is through the identification of intellectual and philosophical framework of the approaches of organizational learning and results-based management, and the diagnosis of the actual performance of New Valley University.
. The study follows the descriptive method -represented in the two steps: description and analysis - which depends on collecting facts and information, and then analyzing and interpreting these facts and information to reach acceptable generalization. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire will be prepared consisting of two dimensions: (a) The extent of practice of the two approaches of OL and RBM to improve performance Of New Valley University, and, (b) identification of application requirements of OL and RBM to improve the performance of New Valley University.
               . In light of the theoretical and field findings of the study, the research team will build a suggested strategy to develop the performance of New Valley University.
