The study sought to determine the impact of cultural identity among faculty members at the Applied College of the Northern Border University in the light of the determinants of self-management and to determine the impact of globalization and technological, social and economic variables at the university. The study used the analytical descriptive approach and applied the main tool for measurement (questionnaire). The faculty of the college, numbering (51), the study concluded that cultural identity determinants have an active role in developing the academic and administrative performance of faculty members, and lead to increased interconnection and the development of academic and administrative relations. On all university faculties and the periodic continuation of conducting studies on the self-management of administrators in the university sectors.
