The research aims to know the relationship between addiction social media programs,life satisfaction and self -vitality among university students, the effect of the gender variable on the addiction of social media programs, the level of using media programs among university students ,and interaction Among them in life satisfaction and self- vitality among university students, on a sample of (537) students from the 4th year students, Faculty of Education-Kafr El-Sheikh University, their ages from (19-22) years. With an average of (20.176) years and a standard deviation of (0.842) The study used: life satisfaction scale, prepared by Al-Dasouki. (2013), and self-vitality scale,Arabization by Selim (2016), and addiction social media programs scale prepared by Hanor (2022), and the research found that there is a statistically significant negative correlation between the degrees of university students on addiction social media programs scale and (satisfaction with life - Self vitality), and the presence of statistically significant differences between the degrees of university students according to gender, male - female , on the addiction social media programs scale towards female students, and there is statistically significant differences between the degrees of students according to the level of Addiction social media programs (non-addicted -average -addicted)on the (life satisfaction - self vitality )scale towards low social media programs addiction. The study presented a number of recommendations in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies and the results of the study, some recommendations were presented.
