Strategic entrepreneurship as Approach to improving the ranking of Menofia University in international universities rankings

Abstract

The current research aimed to employ the strategic leadership approach as an advanced approach in improving the performance of contemporary organizations in improving the ranking of Menoufia University in the international rankings of universities by reviewing the general features of this approach, its dimensions, the processes involved in it, and its requirements, as well as some theoretical foundations for the global rankings of universities and their indicators.
            The descriptive approach was used by applying the questionnaire that was prepared, codified and applied to a sample of faculty members at Menoufia University. To learn about the importance of strategic leadership in improving its ranking in the international rankings of universities from their point of view (2399) members in the academic year (2022-2023)..
The research concluded that the dimensions of strategic leadership, which are represented in entrepreneurial thinking, creativity and innovation, strategic resource management, competitive advantage, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial leadership, and finally investing in opportunities, have a great role and importance in improving the ranking of Menoufia University in the international rankings of universities from the point of view of members faculty, and the research presented a set of proposed mechanisms that could help improve the ranking of Menoufia University in the international rankings of universities according to the results reached.
