A proposed vision to reduce the phenomenon of organizational cynicism among some workers in the administrative apparatus of Menoufia University in the light of the approach to organizational immunity

Abstract

            The current research aimed to reveal the degree of prevalence of the phenomenon of organizational cynicism among some workers in the administrative apparatus of the faculties of Menoufia University, and to reach a proposed vision to reduce it in the light of the entrance to organizational immune.It depends on  the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of workers in the administrative apparatus in the faculties of (Education, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Science) at Menoufia University, and it amounted to (234) workers, and the research concluded that the degree of prevalence of the phenomenon of organizational cynicism for Some workers in the administrative apparatus of some faculties of Menoufia University are generally average.The research recommend by Putting Criteria for selecting and promoting administrative leaders, including integrity, transparency, credibility, and justice, the need for workers to participate in setting college policies, and in work-related decision-making, and crisis management units in colleges must play a preventive and remedial role to confront the phenomenon as a crisis.
