The problem of the study was centered in the main question "What are the requirements of information technology to achieve strategic agility of Egyptian universities? The current study aimed at identifying the basic information technology pillars of Egyptian universities and determining the actual reality of the strategic agility at Sohag University and the technological requirements to achieve it, with the possibility of reaching a number of recommendations and proposals that would Activating strategic agility through information technology at Sohag University to achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive method was used and the study found the strategic agility aspects of Sohag University in moderate proportions.
