Abstract

Abstract:   The present study aimed to identify the reasons of the dropping in the level of  the specific internal efficiency at D Aldawadmi  College of Sciences and Humanities from the teaching staff viewpoints in the light of two variables: The teaching staff field of specification and years  of experience at the college. To achieve this aim, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method in his study and a questionnaire as a study tool. The study sample consisted of (93) from a total number of (106) staff members . the study tool consisted of four axes: the first axis was about the reasons related to the students , the second axes was about the reasons related to the courses, the third axes was about the reasons related to the teaching staff, and the fourth axes was about the reasons related to the learning environment. The findings of the present study showed that there were no significant statistical differences between the members of the study sample at the level of (0.05) or lower in their attitudes towards the study axis according to the years of experience variable , while there were significant statistical differences between the members of the study sample according to the field of specification variable. The study concluded a number of recommendations in the light of its findings : to work on reducing the reasons which lead to the dropping in the level of  the specific internal efficiency at Aldawadmi College of Sciences and Humanities, attention should be given to strengthen Aldawadmi College of Sciences and Humanities students' motivation.
