The role of academic leaders in enhancing intellectual security among male and female students at the University of Bisha - suggested mechanisms

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level of intellectual security among male and female students of the University of Bisha from their point of view, the role of academic leaders at the University of Bisha in enhancing the intellectual security of male and female students from their point of view, identify the existence of statistically significant differences between the responses of male and female students at the University of Bisha about the role of academic leaders in enhancing their intellectual security due to (gender, nationality, type of college), Presenting proposed mechanisms to activate the role of academic leaders in enhancing the intellectual security of Bisha University students. The study used the descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as its tool, and its sample consisted of (410) male and female students from the University of Bisha in various faculties. The study concluded in its results that the level of intellectual security among students was very big, and the academic leaders played their role in enhancing the intellectual security of students in big degree, there are differences between the average responses of the study sample due to the variable (nationality) in favor of non-Saudi students, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample due to the variables (sex - type of college), the study also presented some proposed mechanisms to activate the role of academic leaders in enhancing intellectual security among students at the University of Bisha in the light of its results.
