Suggested Scenarios To Achieve The Entrepreneurial Performance Of Menoufia University In The Light Of The Entrance Of The Organizational Ambidexterity

Abstract

        The research aimed to employ the entrance of Organizational ambidexterity in achieving the entrepreneurial performance of Menoufia University, and to identify the theoretical framework of Organizational ambidexterity and entrepreneurial performance in contemporary educational administrative literature, and to indicate the role of Organizational ambidexterity in achieving the entrepreneurial performance of universities, and to monitor and analyze the reality of the entrepreneurial performance of Menoufia University in the light of Organizational ambidexterity.
       The research used the descriptive approach, in addition to the scenarios method. Which is one of the most important tools for future studies, and one of the important ways to anticipate the future. The research tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (52) items to identify the reality of entrepreneurial performance at Menoufia University in the light of Organizational Ambidexterity, and it was applied to (280) academic and administrative leaders at Menoufia University. And it represented (81.16%) of the original community of (345).
      The research concluded that the reality of achieving the pioneering performance of Menoufia University in the light of Organizational ambidexterity was average, The research presented three proposed scenarios (extended - reform - innovative) to achieve the entrepreneurial performance of Menoufia University in the light of Organizational Ambidexterity.
