Impact of a TPACK-based educational Program in Developing Technological Enlightenment and Cognitive achievement Skills for Female Postgraduate Students at the Faculty of Education, University of Hail.

Abstract

     The current search target to reveal the impact of a TPACK-based educational Program in Developing Technological Enlightenment and Cognitive achievement Skills for Female Postgraduate Students at the College of Education, University of Hail . The researcher used the experimental method. The study materials were a measurement of technological enlightenment skills, an observation card to for measuring technological enlightenment skills, and a cognitive test. The   research sample consisted of ( 60 ) female postgraduate students at the College of Education, University of Hail, who were enrolled in the third semester of )1443-1444 AH). The findings of the search concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05 ) between the average grades of the experimental and control group female students in the post application of the cognitive achievement test, attributed to the experimental group. The findings also concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05 ) between the average grades of the experimental and control group female students in the pre and post applications of the cognitive achievement test, attributed to the post application. The findings also concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05 ) between the average grades of the two groups’ female students in the post application of the technological enlightenment skills observation card attributed to the experimental group. The findings also concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05 ) between the average grades of the experimental group female students in the pre and post applications of the technological enlightenment skills observation card, attributed to the post application grades. The findings also concluded that there is a positive correlation between the development of achievement and the technological enlightenment skills for postgraduate female students at the University of Hail. Current research ercommended a number of recommendations,including: Developing female students’ technological enlightenment skills to meet the requirements and challenges of today, expanding the use of the TPACK model.
