The degree of including twenty-first century skills in jurisprudence courses at the intermediate stage

Abstract

The objective of the current research is to reveal the degree of inclusion of twenty-first century skills in the jurisprudence course for the first intermediate grade in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research resulted in a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of inclusion of twenty-first century skills in the jurisprudence course for the first intermediate grade, with its three chapters, was in a weak degree, and the arrangement of these skills in the course was as follows: Learning and creativity skills, ranked first with a frequency of (229) Once, followed by digital culture and information technology skills with a frequency of (107) times, and it came in the third and last place. Profession and life skills with a frequency of (58) times, and with regard to the degree of balance of including these skills in the three semesters, the result was in favor of the third semester, in which skills were available at a rate of (43.9%), followed by the second semester at a rate of (30.20). %, and came last; The first semester, in which twenty-first century skills were available at a rate of (25.88%). The research was concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals.
