Suggested alternatives to diversify sources of funding for higher education in the Arab countries in light of the visions of Egypt and Saudi Arabia 2030 .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the most important sources of funding for education in higher education institutions in the light of the international experience in this field, in addition to identifying the alternatives presented by the visions of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Saudi Arabia 2030 to diversify sources of funding in their higher education institutions, and To determine the appropriate alternatives to diversify sources of funding for higher education in the Arab countries in the light of international systems and experiences and the vision of Egypt and Saudi Arabia 2030.
               This research was conducted to identify sources of funding for higher education and its hoped-for alternatives : the non-governmental economic sectors, the partnership between private and public universities, non-governmental community institutions, international, national, commercial and private banks, family contributions and  the ( waqfs ) and community organizations, grant programs, In addition to the sources of self-financing of higher education, while rationalizing expenditure and maintaining quality in these higher educational institutions.
               This research has recommended partnership indicators to provide the expected educational funding for higher education institutions.
