Abstract

The study aimed to identify the challenges faced by trainees in the optimal investment project for educational cadres from their perspective. It also aimed to determine the statistically significant differences, at a significance level of 0.05, in the average opinions of trainees in the optimal investment project regarding the challenges they faced, attributed to study variables (gender, years of experience, primary academic specialization). To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive survey approach was used, and the study tool was a questionnaire administered to a sample of 365 graduates of the diploma program in the optimal investment project for educational cadres. Among the prominent challenges faced by participants in the optimal investment project for educational cadres were: the existence of work systems hindering trainees' commitment to the program, such as lack of time for study due to evening classes, weak incentives for trainees to join optimal investment programs, increased burden on teachers in schools limiting their active participation in optimal investment programs, lack of full support for teaching new courses, and the abundance of requirements in optimal investment project programs making it difficult for participants to reconcile training and teaching requirements.
