Abstract

 This study aimed to know the role of electronic supervision in the professional development of teachers of mathematics, science and English language in the Dawadmi governorate. On a random sample consisting of (1114) male and female teachers of mathematics, science and English language in Al-Dawadmi Governorate, and after collecting the data, it was processed statistically and analyzed using the one-way analysis of variance test, the Scheffer test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient to ensure that The validity of the questionnaire using the internal consistency method, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and the split half method to ensure the stability of the questionnaire according to the variables of the study. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ α) between the responses of the study sample about the role of electronic supervision in their professional development due to the variable of educational stage and academic qualification. Published conferences and research, and coordination between education offices and schools to apply electronic supervision in a broader and more comprehensive way, keeping pace with modern applications in the educational and administrative process.
