Enhancing the concept of innovative thinking among Saudi university ‎students according to the needs of the labor market

Abstract

      Sought to identify the reality of enhancing the concept of innovative thinking among Saudi university students. And then identify the most prominent obstacles that hinder the promotion of the concept of innovative thinking among Saudi university students to reach the best possible ways to enhance the concept of innovative thinking among Saudi university students according to the needs of the labor market, and to achieve the objectives of the study The descriptive approach was used in the style of documentary and survey, and reliance on the questionnaire as a tool for study, and the study community consisted on faculty members at the College of Education in universities Saudi government in Riyadh, Its most important results were in terms of the reality of students’ application of innovative thinking. The phrase (Field training in the work environment is one of the most important methods that give the student various thinking skills) came in first place with an arithmetic average of (4.26), while the phrase (The university is interested in providing appropriate means of knowledge for the student) came in first place. ) came in second place with an arithmetic mean of (4.13), and in terms of obstacles to implementation, the phrase (increasing the number of students in one hall leads to a weak level of relationship between professors and students) came in first place with an arithmetic mean of (4.31), while the phrase (students’ reluctance to participate In extracurricular activities due to their low self-motivation) it ranked second with a mean of (4.27).                                         
     And one of the most Important recommendation of the study was as follows:                                                                                       
1-The study includes: Motivating students to participate in voluntary community activities by encouraging them to provide financial support to participants in addition to moral support.
2-Adopting students' distinguished and innovative ideas, and presenting them to the competent authorities in order to direct them to the right path.
