The research aimed to identify a list of moral competencies of educational leaders that role the promotion of citizenship. It is using the descriptive methodology. It was prepared a list of (30) competencies, distributed on the three axes, and distributed to a sample of members at King Saud University, most of whom held leadership positions at the university. The sample amounted to (31) members. The results of the research have found that the sample members agreed on the importance of all the proposed competencies, and they were presented in this research according to their ranks shown by the results.
